A Tribute to Ed and Mary Meader

Mary Light Meader died on March 16, 2008; just a year after Ed Meader died on February 1, 2007. Many groups and organizations benefited from the vision, generosity, and enthusiasm of Ed and Mary Meader and the Parks Foundation of Kalamazoo County is no exception. Ed and Mary supported the improvements to Markin Glen Park and had been on board from the beginning of the Trailway Campaign by serving as Honorary Chairs to help make the Kalamazoo River Valley Trailway dream into a reality.

We are blessed to have known and worked with this remarkable couple!
